Subchorionic hematoma - advice please!!!?

I am too diagnosed with a small SH.But good part is my scan showed a good heart beat.So don't worry, not all bleed has got a bad outcome.But i wud advise u to get strict bed rest, which i m asked to do.No work,no house hold duties..lie straight in bed or in left lateral position.
