Who is failing our children? Parents, Schools, Both?

The responsability falls on the schools, the parents, and society. It is the parent's fault for not raising a diciplined child and someone that knew better than to go out and have at 14. At that age children should be in high school thinking about their careers and how to get started. It is the schools fault for not having enough dicipline for children that would have zero tolerence for ual activities in school premises. It is society's fault because sometimes things are soo bad(economically) for some families that parents or single parents have to work two jobs and are not able to be at home to raise their children. It is also society's fault because of the distorted images that are portrayed all over the media for young children and teenagers.
