How do I help my cousin move past her mothers death ?

My aunt died in November from carbon monoxide and her 10 year pld daughter is having a rough time. how do I help her be less angry with everybody, and still get her emotions out ? i tell her I am always here to talk and that sort of helps. On top of everything her parents were divorced less that 2 years before her mom died. I just do not know what to do anymore.
