Who will end up in the NFC and AFC championship games?

i got Eagles at Panthers for the NFC and my upset special is Chargers at Titans. Chargers are gonna win it all they have a tremendous team they just aren't consistent at times, but watch out for their d its tough and Philip Rivers will carry them through to win the Super Bowl GO CHARGERS GO!
