I'm so bored it's summer.....fun ideas?

ok my summer is so boring and my parents r total s and nvr take me like anywhere or let me do much of anything.......does any1 have some ideas tht i could do tht don't cost much money or tht i could evn just do at home or w/friends??? thanks!
