Some advice would be great right now (:?

Okk, so theres this guy that goes to my school and me and him talked a lot towards the beginning of the year, and then we stopped talking. Then i was hanging out with a few of my friends and he came over, he sat next to me saying he was cold and i had a blanket. He put his arm around me and started rubbing my thigh. We sat there talking for a while and then we texted for about a week after that. Then, one day he sent me a pic of his (it wasnt random, we had been talking about it for a while). My friend told me the same thing happened to her, and while we were talking about it one of our teachers overheard us and told the deans, and now hes in a lot of trouble. I think hes really mad at me, and i was wondering what you think i should do ? should i talk to him or just ignore him?
