My sister is digging herself a grave?

My sister and I are somewhat like this. She is a little overweight and I just got really lucky and I can eat and eat and not gain weight. By you telling your sister to stop eating, she gets mad because she doesn't want to accept that something COULD happen. Just let her eat and eventually she will accept it herself that she needs to stop eating.
