Is this real life? Is this just fantasy?

I feel like im am in dream I don't remember waking up. My Mama just killed a man, put a gun against his head pulled the trigger and now he's dead.I also remember going into a montage about chasing a group of hooligans and there little dog too.My friend Doug also threw me into a mental hospital where we met his blue friend Scooter. Luckily I escaped.I think I might be high. How can I come down from it?
