I think she likes me. Should i steal this jerks girlfriend?

So i really have this huge crush on this girl in my math cl. I was fortunate enough to sit behind her but then the teacher rearranged the seating charts and made it so that we would sit across from each other. I had her for another cl and sit really close to her but I really did not talk to her since i wasn't really in my comfort zone and neither was she. I would talk to her a lot in my math cl and i would try to make subtle compliments about her being pretty in an attempt to flirt and i would also make her laugh by teasing her or myself in a friendly way. She would also be very flirty like copliment me on my eyes and hair and stuff like that. I was going to ask her about a movie(The Social Network before it came out) that was gonna be released that week and hopefully ask her out but then i found out that she had been going out for 2 weeks now with my worst enemy. She really is a nice girl but this guy is borderline psychopath. He treats most people like crap. He's very popular but he goes around insulting random people. He's gotten in trouble for bullying and harrasment so this guy is a real douche and a***hole.Everybody at school either thinks he's hilarious or just a sociopathic sadist. I really don't get the chance to talk to her since the teacher is really strict about us moving seats and her boyfriend walks her to her cles. Her boyfriend and I have gotten into it a couple of times(I kicked his *** both times:)) so we really try to avoid each other. I have no idea if she likes me or not but i have a hunch that she likes me. Since we sit across the room from each other it's really easy to make eye contact. I've caught her staring at me a couple of times and seen her look away really quickly and this is very occasional. I've also caught her doing this in my social studies cl too. What do you tink? Should i wait till they break up or steal her using my charm?Is she into me or am i just imagining things? This guy really does not deserve a girl as amazing as her. She is really charismatic, caring, genuinely nice, and has a great sense of humor.
