How does fiber regulate digestion? ew grosse! :D but seriously, how?

Fiber is something that stays solid, even after you chew on it. They help 'sc' the insides of your stomach and intestines, keeping the area unclogged. That way, food is digested much faster, and ges don't build up in your tummy. :D
