Hi we built a new house 5 yrs ago, did not put stove or chimney in kitchen how can we add 1 now to heat water?

want to put a stove in kitchen to heat water and rads, but have not chimney or flue, how can we do it now hse built about 5 years, all water and rads run off oil want to be able to use solid fuel, also kitchen very cold in winter so want a stove to heat that area.
