Does the NIVEA "My Sillhouette" work?

I bought it because I saw it all over Tyra, Mags, Kim Kardashian etc.. I wanna know if it works and what else I need to do other than put the cream on. I know your suppose to sign on like a newsletter from the nivea website, that helps w what you should eat and work out, buuut the website isnt working, its been like that for the past months.. So what do i need to do, will it work?
