Does dis mean he likes me?

ok there this guy that goes to my skewl. ( i in da 8th grade) and people say he likes me but idk... Well the if i complement him his face turns brgiht red. also he huggs me lots and wen i let go he still tries to hang on. but like we dont no each other very well. and um he goes to my church i found dat out last Sunday. and um he just kept starting at me da whole time, and den wen it was over, he and i walked out together, and talked and he hugged me and introudced me to his friends and gave me his number. And today my bff walked up to him and was all like do u like Olivia?! and he was like well she is cute, then she was like but do u like her, and he turned red and turned away. then she was all like so r u gonna flirt wit her at church, he said no then turned red and covered his face with his hair. um so wat do u guys tink... does he like me or not?!.. OH and my bff likes him to wat should i do?
